Oil - for frying ( 4-5 tbsp)
For marinade -
Garlic cloves- 4-5
Ginger- 1 inch
Rosemary- 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed herbs- 1 teaspoon
Honey- 2 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon- 5-6 drops
Chopped onion - 1/2 small
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Green chill - 1
Method -
1. Take chicken breasts, wash them properly, make
small slits on the flesh part and keep aside.
2. Grind coarsely all the ingredients listed for marinade,
sprinkling some water if necessary.
3. Take a large bowl and mix the chicken with the
marinade, red chilli powder and salt nicely.
4. Let it marinade for 4-5 hours.
5. Heat a large non stick frying pan with oil and put
the chicken breast with all the marinade and fry
for few minutes, then pour the wine in it.
6. Fry it until its golden brown on both the sides,
turning it continuously to avoid burning.
7. Take it out on a serving platter and serve it hot
with fried potatoes as a side dish.
8. Instead of frying it can be roasted as well, just
take care to turn it regular at intervals and keep
basting it either with oil or the marinade juice.
