Ingredients -
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Butter - 50 g
Egg - 1
Sugar granulated - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 3-4 tbsp
Banana ripe - 3
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
salt - a pinch
Choco chips - 2 tbsp (optional)
Method -
1. Take a plate and sieve the all purpose flour and
wheat flour with soda, baking powder, cinnamon
and salt.
2. Take a big bowl with butter and beat it with an
electric mixture for few minutes.
3. Add sugar and brown sugar and keep beating it
for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour the egg in and mix well.
5. Mash the banana nicely and add gently to the
butter and egg mix.
6. Stir in the sifted flour, 2-3 tbsp at a time until
well blended. Mix gently scraping down the
sides of the bowl while beating.
7. Put the choco chips in.
8. Grease a loaf tin and pour in the mix and bake in
a moderately slow oven for 30-40 minutes or until
nicely baked and the upper layer turned brown.
9. Let it be in the tin for 10 minutes, loosen it around
edges with a knife, turn it out on a serving plate and
serve it hot with breakfast.
Ingredients -
Potatoes - 3-4 large
Pepper crushed - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Method -
1. Boil and peel the potatoes, take care it is not over
boiled but tight enough to cut in rings.
2. Cut all the potatoes in 1/2 inch thick rings and
sprinkle all the masala and salt over it.
3. Take a skillet or frying pan and fry the potato rings
nicely on both the sides, 3-4 in a batch.
4. Serve it with bread, dinner roll, chicken or any side
dish of your own choice.
Ingredients -
Macaroni - 2 cups (boiled aldente)
Onion - 1 med size chopped
Capsicum - 1 med cut in long stripes
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Green chilli - 1
Peppercorns - 5-6
Oregano - 1 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 4-5 tbsp
Cheese - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Method -
1. Take a frying pan and put oil in it.
2. Fry onions till translucent, add the capsicum and
cook until it's soft.
3. Mince the garlic, ginger, peppercorns, green chilli
and add to the frying pan with the herbs and salt.
4. Stir it for a while and add the boiled macaroni, mix it
well, cover and cook till done.
5. Sprinkle the cheese just before taking it off the heat
and serve it hot.

Ingredients -
Chicken breast - 1, cut in halves
Red Wine - 3- 4 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
salt- to taste
Oil - for frying ( 4-5 tbsp)
For marinade -
Garlic cloves- 4-5
Ginger- 1 inch
Rosemary- 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed herbs- 1 teaspoon
Honey- 2 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon- 5-6 drops
Chopped onion - 1/2 small
Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Green chill - 1
Method -
1. Take chicken breasts, wash them properly, make
small slits on the flesh part and keep aside.
2. Grind coarsely all the ingredients listed for marinade,
sprinkling some water if necessary.
3. Take a large bowl and mix the chicken with the
marinade, red chilli powder and salt nicely.
4. Let it marinade for 4-5 hours.
5. Heat a large non stick frying pan with oil and put
the chicken breast with all the marinade and fry
for few minutes, then pour the wine in it.
6. Fry it until its golden brown on both the sides,
turning it continuously to avoid burning.
7. Take it out on a serving platter and serve it hot
with fried potatoes as a side dish.
8. Instead of frying it can be roasted as well, just
take care to turn it regular at intervals and keep
basting it either with oil or the marinade juice.
